South Africa’s price inflation for sectional title property continues to be inferior to that of freehold property, but the gap continues to narrow with free-hold property inflation at 15.4% and sectional title property inflation at 11.6%.

This is according to Lightstone January Indices released today

However, freehold properties have shown a considerable drop from 20,3% in September 2006, while sectional title property inflation has been more consistent with a small drop off from 14% in September 2006.
